Aloha from Hawaii

Yesterday, we stopped in Hawaii. For my Culinary Tourism class, 20 percent of our grade was visiting two of the local restaurants. It was an amazing experience, hearing their stories, especially our tour guide who is originally from Michigan; however, moved to Hawaii to work on agriculture and trying to introduce more farm to table food. Later on, We were at Paradise Cove, celebrated a luau with the special pig roast, and learned how to hula. Hawaii was so magical and the people were amazing! Stay tuned for where I might be next!
